Stone Castle Single Barrel Bourbon, Cask #2, Lot 1, 2001, 55.5%

Stone Castle Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon was bottled under the Stone Castle label at DSP-KY-53 (the historic Old Taylor distillery in Millville, KY) after owner Cecil Withrow acquired the property. Sourced from casks purchased from George T. Stagg / Buffalo Trace distillery, this rare bottling was prepared in 2001 and featured the distinctive bottle design later utilized by Michter's.
