Wildflower honey, cooked cereal (Neapolitan pastiera), Mirabelle plum pulp, a lot of vanilla (Chantilly Cream), a small smoky note of fireplace, a slight note of anise that gives a lot of freshness.
Palate
Very pleasant acidity of gooseberry, white melon, passion fruit. Very light sweet spice.

Sweet smoky, medium length.
