Description

The new Cask Craft series by Murray McDavid. An outstanding treasure of wood is Murray McDavid's trademark. Founded in 1994, the renowned independent bottler quickly made a name for itself with post-aging in the exquisite casks. The new "Cask Craft series" includes single malts from all over Scotland, which are masterfully matured in a variety of oak casks to achieve the perfect balance between wood and liquid. Neither colored nor chill-filtered, they unfold at a nice drinking strength of 44.5%vol. The refinement of malty Highland Malt Whisky and Oloroso Sherry hogsheads from Jerez for the Strathdearn Sherry Finish creates a long finish with notes of praline.
