Description

This unpeated single malt from the InchDairnie Distillery was distilled in October 2016 and aged for 6 years. It was initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels before being finished in ex-Oloroso Sherry butts. Bottled in 2023 by independent bottler Rest & Be Thankful at 46% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and natural in colour. This is Small Batch #2, a limited edition release of 3,000 bottles.

Wonderfully fruity with freshly baked apple pie and sherry-soaked dried fruit. Bourbon vanilla, cloves, and cinnamon.
Palate
Baked apple with cloves, cinnamon, raisins, and a melting scoop of vanilla ice cream. Black cherries and fig syrup, sticky tobacco, and creamy caramel. A hint of fresh mint in the background.

Sherry-laden with vanilla ice cream and some fresh fruit.
