Description

The oldest operational distillery in Speyside and a picturesque site located in the town of Keith. Founded in 1786, it is today part of the Chivas Brothers division of Pernod Ricard and makes important contributions to the company's blends as well as its own single malt brand.

Nose
Sweet, malty, and floral with notes of candied orange, apples, pears, honey, and a hint of spice.
Palate
Malty and sweet with sultanas, cinnamon, cooked apple, and some nutty or biscuit notes. It can be light-bodied with a spicy kick and sometimes a bitter or herbal edge.
Finish
Medium to short, fruity with lingering notes of orange zest, caramel, and a dry oak or slight bitterness.
