Nose
Not extremely assertive, with notes of hay, dried flowers, muesli, cooked apple, and caramel. It can also be creamy, spicy, perfumed, and have an apricot hint.
Palate
Sweet apples, malty notes, a little mint and pepper, and a floral, almost perfumy side. Very smooth with a caramel texture. Can also have smooth grapefruit with a spicy edge of pepper and nutmeg, bitter-sweet oakiness, and liquorice.
Finish
Medium long, with most sweetness gone, leaving dry grainy notes. Can also be lingering, bitter, and remarkably salty.
