Nose
Slight nuttiness, pecan, walnut, and there's subtle smoke twisting around too, followed by solid and fresh fruit of black cherry, damson, cooking apple, and raisin.
Palate
Soft and ethereal at first, then a tantalising touch of bitterness complemented by rich fruit sweetness swelling around the palate.
Finish
Exceptionally long and complex with dried dark fruits, refined polished oak, and lingering gentle spices.
