Nose
Fruity with notes of baked apples, oranges, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, plums, cranberries, Sherry, a little port wine, raisins, figs, lemonade, paraffin, damp cellar, old wine and a hint of peat. Also, pickled onion vinegar, sherry vinegar tang, damp cardboard, lemongrass, fruit leather, red bean steamed buns, stewed red berries, red grape must.
Palate
Vinous and exotic with a perfect balance sheet and notes of raspberry, grapefruit, crème de cassis, plums, candied oranges, raisins, figs, caramel, cinnamon, licorice, leather and moist soil. Also, creamy red berry toffee, musty damp cardboard, pickled vegetables, crushed nuts, fruit leather, red wine vinegar, red berry compote.
Finish
Medium long, soft and elegant with notes of exotic fruits, raisins, dates, salt water, lemonade, little peat and oak. Also, freshly oiled leather, green peppercorns, dried lemongrass, peppermint tea, menthol, red grape must, charcoal.
