Distilled at the Tasmanian distillery called Sullivans Cove on the 12th of January 2009, this single malt was matured in a single American Oak cask (No.TD0355) for 15 years. This was then bottled in 2024 at 49.1% ABV, which yielded 191 bottles.

Liquorice bullets and dulce de leche offer a rich sweetness, complemented by hazelnut syrup and honeydew melon. A refreshing note of cucumber provides a clean, bright contrast.
