One of Glasgow's Premier Independent Whisky Bottling Companies, North Star Spirits, established in 2016 by Iain Croucher, is dedicated to unearthing hidden gems within the Scotch Whisky realm. This Supersonic Mach 2 is a limited edition blended malt Scotch whisky, distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2022 at 50% ABV. It is well-sherried and non-chill filtered, boasting brilliant notes of dense fruit and singed malt.
