Nose
Low alcohol content and plastic smell come first. Rich vanilla and lemon pulp citrus are followed by the lingering smell of aged honey. The savory taste of malt with a faint smokiness creates a good harmony with the spiciness of ground pepper.
Palate
Very thick texture, vanilla sweetness sweeps through, then strong stimulation compared to alcohol content with white pepper. It is filled with the flavor of lemongrass. You can feel the plant-based fishiness that comes from chewing stem vegetables such as celery and broccoli. Bitterness appears occasionally but is buried in vanilla.
Finish
Slight irritation. Lemon pulp citrus bursts into the nose, and vanilla and malt continue cheerfully and long. As an extension of the taste, the fishiness of stem vegetables appears and then fades into light vanilla.
