- Floral and balanced, with notes of plum jam, cut herbs, rhubarb pie, vanilla ice cream and cold coffee. Fresh, bittersweet fruits such as apple and apricot, oak notes of toast and vanilla, barley, and dried fruit.
- Palate
- Sweet and oily, apple cider, cinnamon sticks, buttery toffee, almond, salty butter, custard. Fruitiness of banana and navel orange, light yet layered character, rich with malt and a deep, dense peatiness. Smooth and soft with good sweetness and winter spice.
- Finish
- Good length, creamy, notes of digestive biscuit and rhubarb crumble. Mellow oak and peat notes, clean, dry and fairly short. Spicy and smooth, with vanilla, eating apple, subtle smoke and a hint of brine.
