Nose
A gentle scent for TALISKER but complex in flavor Multi-layered raspberry, blackcurrant, muscat with branches. Various sherry incense has a sticky texture. Rich sherry incense goes up with soot, black ash, and woody wood. Slightly beef. Red wine stew. The tide that appears and hides behind Sherry pierces the nostrils.
Palate
Amazing raw liquor and awesome barrels are mixed together to achieve a prominent overall ability. Rich mixed berries derived from sherry are the main features of bonito blood with shoyu soaked in the abundant sherry, clams of clams, roasted salt, stout beer. Fully flourish, full of wheat. Barley and black jam with marinated seafood and concentrated seafood in a barrel. Berry tannins and charcoal smoke penetrate as the tide expands and pops out.
Finish
Lightly rough briny spices are stirred in the mouth and dashi remains. Sherry tannin that remains deep after the tide ebbs.
