Nose
Maritime smoke, like a campfire on a windswept beach, with lemon citrus and wet pebbles. Sea spray, bonfire ash, cracked black pepper, liquorice root, and charred oak, with hints of roasted hazelnut and smoked pineapple.
Palate
Full and oily mouthfeel with lemon, wet stone, warm campfire smoke, and ocean spray. Maritime smoke wrapped around salted caramel, black pepper, grilled tropical fruit, seaweed, and smoked shellfish.
Finish
A lasting finish with an ideal balance of sweetness and spice. Medium to long, crescendos through clouds of smoke to end with apple, lemon, and wood spice. Hot, smoky embers fade into cracked peppercorn, brine, and an earthy volcanic char.
