Nose
A mild nose-feel with spicy prickle, maritime notes of sea salt, dry seaweed, peeling boat varnish, warm sand, and smouldering peat. Sweet smoke, honey, and malty pear with hints of chilli, ginger, and pepper.
Palate
Mouth-filling texture, rich and sweet with peach, raisin, and red cherry notes, followed by a rush of spiciness, pepper heat, and rolling smoke. Earthy notes, chocolate, vanilla, dark red fruit, black tea, charred wood, and licorice.
Finish
Long and spicy with a delightful aftertaste, lightly drying. Big heaps of earthy peat, sweet pastries, sea-salt, burnt toffee, and damp earth. Lingering notes of smoke, iodine, and honey.
