Nose
Very fresh and sweet, a bit prickly due to high ABV, with citrus (lime, lemon, grapefruit), sweet barley, breakfast cereals, and soft garden herbs (thyme), flowers, and caramel.
Palate
Quite hot and peppery, with immediate return of citrus. Adding water makes it sweeter.
Finish
Long and warm on vanilla and lemongrass.
