Tamnavulin New Century 25 Year Old, Cask #4869-4870, 1998, 45%

A Speyside malt distillery that was opened in the Livet glen in 1966 by Invergordon Distillers as a response to the increasing demands for its blends and such, provision of these has always been the distillery's focus. Never-the-less, its single malt has also been bottled since the 1980s. This particular bottling, the 'New Century' 25 Year Old, was distilled in 1973 and bottled in 1998 to commemorate the dawning of a new century.
