Description

An authentic, yet delightfully innovative single malt Japanese whisky created by the renowned sake brewer Hakutsuru. It is distilled in a secret distillery in eastern Hokkaido and aged for over three years in selected casks, then finished in rare Japanese Mizunara oak barrels. This process imparts characteristic aromas and a well-rounded, multi-layered profile. The whisky is bottled at 55% ABV and is non-chill filtered and uncolored, preserving its natural purity.
