Nose
Sweet, malty, and smoky with floral honey, vanilla fudge, milk chocolate, toffee apple, and a gentle wisp of peat smoke.
Palate
Light and sweet in texture, with bittersweet ashy smokiness, malty biscuits, golden syrup, floral honey, ripe orchard fruit (pear), sultana, tropical notes (apricot, guava), milk chocolate, and cocoa powder.
Finish
Short, more peaty and ashy than the nose and palate, with smoke expanding to express a peppery heat and increasing ash-like dryness after sweet and malty notes fade.
