Nose
Sweet, malty, and smoky with floral honey, vanilla fudge, milk chocolate, toffee apple, and a gentle wisp of peat smoke. Notes of dusty wood, old cardboard, plums, dark raisins, and baking spices.
Palate
Light and sweet with creamy cooked grains, apple, vanilla, and integrated bittersweet ashy smokiness. Notes of peat funk, industrial/diesel, faint sherry, and stewed dark fruit.
Finish
Short to medium, with peat and ash, dried ginger, and a floral, soapy quality. Sweetness and fruit fade, leaving a hint of caramel and a peppery heat.
