This is a Teaninich 11 Year Old, distilled in 2010 and independently bottled by Thompson Bros. Thompson Bros, founded by Phil and Simon Thompson, are known for their independent bottlings and also run the Dornoch Distillery. Teaninich distillery, located in the Highlands, is known for producing single malt whisky, primarily for blends, and uses a mash filter instead of a traditional mash tun. This particular release was matured for 11 years.
