An Irish whiskey distillery that was the first new producer in Dublin for over 125 years when it opened in 2017. The distillery provides single pot still and single malt whiskey for the Teeling brand, which has also offered blended Irish whiskies and sourced whiskies from other distillers. This innovative expression pushes the boundaries of Irish Whiskey craftsmanship through the use of a highly atypical mash bill and innovative cask maturation techniques, as a limited expression of Teeling's Award-Winning Single Malt. It is the World's First Crystal Single Malt Irish Whiskey, made with a recipe of Distillers Malt & Crystal Malted barley, undergoing dual fermentation with Distillers Yeast & White Wine Yeast, and triple distilled.
