Description

Teeling Distillery is located in the centre of Dublin City. With the new distillery built in 2015 being the first one built in the capital for over 125 years and just a stone's-throw from the site of their original distillery, Teeling aims to keep with tradition but with a strong focus on progression, creating a strong portfolio of some of the best whiskies in Ireland. This Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey is crafted using an unconventional mash bill consisting of 95% corn and 5% malted barley, column distilled, and matured exclusively in American Red Wine casks, specifically ex-Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from California. It is bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration. [cite: Scotch Whisky Auctions, 3, 5, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 22, 28]
