Description

Teeling Stout Cask is an Irish blended whiskey, part of the Small Batch collaborations, resulting from a partnership between Teeling Whiskey and Galway Bay Brewery. The whiskey, a blend of grain and malt, is initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels before undergoing an additional finishing period of at least 6 months in casks that previously held Galway Bay Brewery's '200 Fathoms Imperial Stout'. This unique maturation process imparts rich notes of dark chocolate and toffee, creating a complex and characterful dram.
