Description

A five-bottle collection of Teeling single malts, bottled between 2015 and 2018 using casks sourced from the Cooley distillery and finished in a variety of rum, brandy and wine casks. An whiskey distillery that broke the hegemony of the Irish Distillers group when it was independently founded by John Teeling in 1987. Today it is part of Suntory Global Spirits and operates a large contract-distilli ... This is the third release in Teeling's Revival series, celebrating the reintroduction of whiskey distilling in Dublin. It was initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Pineau des Charentes casks.

Dried fruit and toffied pineapple, toasted almonds, dark chocolate, malt, orange blossom, plum, creamed corn, caramel, honeyed notes, creamy almond paste, and a hint of Pineau.
Finish
Balanced, rich mouthfeel with a lingering soft sweetness, chocolate, perfume, clove, plum wine, malt, cedar, and hints of dark chocolate.
