Description

This Thomas S. Moore Cabernet Sauvignon Casks is one of three limited expressions from Barton 1792 Distillery's 'ultra-premium' Thomas S. Moore brand, launched in 2020. This Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey undergoes an extended cask finish, being aged for an undisclosed amount of years in new, charred oak barrels before being finished for 1-3 years in Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks. This process imparts notes of dark fruit, caramel, and vanilla.
