Description

A smoky, spicy New Zealand single malt whisky from Thomson Distillery, made with malted barley that has been smoked with native Manuka wood, creating aromatic smoky notes. It is distilled from 100% New Zealand grown malted barley and matured in Manuka wood and ex-bourbon barrels. This whisky offers natural smoke, cinnamon, clove, and Manuka oils on the palate, with an earthy and rich expression. It is non-chill filtered and has natural color.

Palate
Earthy smoke, minerality, warming nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon spice, malty barley, cereal grains, marshmallow, sweet Manuka honey, citrus peels, stone fruits, oily cloves, and white pepper.
Finish
