Description

This is the first whisky release from Korea's first single malt distillery, Three Societies, located in Namyangju, South Korea. The Tiger Edition is the first in the Society Collection, a series of three whiskies distilled on July 7th, 2020, and released at different maturation points to showcase the unique seasonal aging of Korea's climate. Despite being aged for only 13 months in virgin American oak casks, this single malt offers a vibrant and mature profile.

Palate
Bright tropical fruits, sweet malt, light oakiness, subtle maltiness from puffed barley cereal, light honey sweetness, juicy pink guavas, fresh figs.
Finish
Lingering combination of fragrant applewood mustiness, light soy sauce, fading spice of ginger.
