Nose
Fresh, sweet, and balanced with pronounced stone fruits like peach and apricot, antique oak, gooey honey, beeswax, and meadow florals. Notes of cinnamon buns, apple turnovers, vanilla cream puffs, and citrus like lemon and orange peel are also present, with a shy peaty note.
Palate
Full, viscous, and oily with honey, syrupy sweetness, and citrus fruits such as tangerines, orange blossom, and apples. It features notes of oaty breakfast cereals, almonds, vanilla pods, ginger, cinnamon, bitter oranges, grapefruit, and marzipan.
Finish
Long and elegant with dusty spices, dry tight-grained wood, hints of varnish, and a lingering honey sweetness. It also presents notes of lemon oil, vanilla, fresh bready notes, mentholated dark chocolate, and a slightly ashy, creamy texture.
