Description

Douglas Laing's Timorous Beastie is a distinctive blended malt whisky from the Highlands region, part of their Remarkable Regional Malts range. This non-coloured, non-chill-filtered Small Batch bottling is a marriage of appropriately aged and selected Highland Malts, including those distilled at Glen Garioch, Dalmore, and Glengoyne distilleries. The name refers to Robert Burns's famous poem 'To a Mouse', in which 'Timorous Beastie' refers to a shy field mouse, but this whisky offers a full-bodied, sweetly spicy, and character-rich experience. This is the Global Traveller's Edition, exclusively for travellers. [1, 6, 8, 9]
