Nose
Bright fruits (green apples, fragrant pears, pineapples, papayas, green bananas), a hint of lemon. Rich aroma of hay grains and sweet vanilla. A hint of oak. Juicy barley and runny honey join candied pineapple, dusted with cinnamon and cocoa.
Palate
Very fragrant and sweet. Bright fruits (green apples, lemons, fragrant pears, green bananas). Rich creamy and almond flavors, sweet vanilla and malt aroma, a greasy finish. Tropical fruit carries through, with grilled pineapple and ripe banana alongside generous helpings of chewy toffee.
Finish
Medium length. Sweet and refreshing taste runs through. Rich fruity flavors paired with vanilla and malt aromas, cinnamon cardamom pepper and hay. A touch of salted caramel joins gingerbread, dried mango, spiced apple, and rich oak char.
