Nose
Sweet briny smokiness with distinct island character, mild antiseptic, creosote, wax polish, mint chocolate, floral seaside aromas, soft peat, gentle smoke, lemon peel, green apple skins, stewed plum, black pepper, clove, burnt toffee, vanilla, damp oak, salty air, and seaweed-laced driftwood.
Palate
Sweet, medicinal flavors infused with enticing sparks of spicy pepper and dried fruit, rich peaty smoke, velvety vanilla, malty creaminess, campfire ashes, charred wood, earthy peat, barley sugar, toffee, honeyed malt, ginger heat, zesty orange oil, lemon curd, underripe peach, with an oily, warming, and grippy texture.
Finish
Long and evolving, with lingering bonfire smoke, sea salt, peppercorn, and fading sweetness. Characterized by warmth and earthiness, a dry maritime fade, spicy white pepper, liquorice, cloves, a lingering saltiness, toffee, smoky embers, persistent vanilla cream, and subtle cinnamon or licorice spice.
