Description

Togouchi Sake Cask Finish is a Japanese blended whisky from Sakurao Brewery & Distillery (formerly Chugoku Jozo) in Hiroshima. The whisky is aged in traditional oak barrels, primarily bourbon casks, and then finished for three months in sake casks. Its maturation takes place in a unique 361-meter-long railway tunnel in Togouchi, Hiroshima, which provides constant temperature and humidity for optimal aging. This expression is known for its delicate fruit, vanilla, and subtle umami notes.
