Description

This is the first 100% Japanese single malt from the Togouchi range, crafted by Sakurao Distillery in southern Japan. It is aged for 3 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks within a unique tunnel-aging environment in the Osorakan mountains, which helps preserve the whisky from brutal temperature variations during maturation. This elegant single malt showcases the balance, purity, and precision that define Japanese whisky craftsmanship, and is bottled without chill filtration or added coloring.
