Description

Single Cask Nation is an indie bottler that's rapidly picked up a reputation for quality. This expression comes from the Tomatin Distillery, where it was distilled back in 2006. A dozen years of maturation has lent it a lightly-spiced, floral profile, with just a faint touch of charred oak. It was matured in a single second-fill ex-bourbon barrel for 12 years, before being bottled in August 2019.
