This Tomatin Cù Bòcan is a Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, distilled, matured, and bottled by Tomatin Distillery. It is a lightly peated expression, matured in a combination of Virgin Oak, Bourbon, and Sherry casks. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV. This release had an outturn of 13,000 bottles and was introduced to the market in 2013.

Nose
Dry and fragrant with woodsmoke, lemon, vanilla, apricot, toffee, and hints of coconut, cream, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, almond, aniseed, orchard fruit, heather honey, and liquorice.
Palate
Feather light with honeyed smoke, toasted almonds, rich spices like cloves, cinnamon, and star anise. Also notes of BBQ char, cooking spices, Conference pear, orange peel, leather, and espresso.
Finish
Light with a hint of sweet smoke, green peppercorn, Muscat grapes, and a little nuttiness. Subtly smoky and surprisingly sweet.
