Description

The Tomatin Five Virtues Series Water is a limited edition Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, part of a five-part series inspired by nature's elements and created in collaboration with artist Eva Ullrich. This 'Water' expression, the fifth and final release, uses winter distilled spirit and is matured in a combination of sherry butts and bourbon barrels.

Palate
Rich toffee, marzipan, and blood orange marmalade, developing into malt loaf, fig jam, chocolate-covered raisins, toasted pecans, and walnuts, with coffee-like flavors and a slight bitterness.
Finish
Warming and oily, with lingering dark chocolate, bran flakes, dark marmalade, raisin toast, coffee and walnut cake, figgy pudding, and cinnamon.
