A very limited bottling of 17 year old single malt from Tomatin Distillery, nestled on the boarder of the Speyside and Highland regions. Finished for 8 years in the very best 1st fill Pedro Ximenez casks, this whisky showcases a inherent connection of Highland tradition with Spanish sherry culture. It has the longest maturation of Tomatin's series 'The Sherry Collection'. Notes of sticky toffee, dark chocolate and espresso.
