Description
This distillery is certainly unusual in its architecture, but it is also unusual for producing its famed whisky which is often described as 'the most elegant of Speyside malts'. This is a classic example of a delicate, fruity nose with hints of vanilla and honey. The palate is sweet and spicy with notes of dried fruit, oak and a touch of smoke. The finish is long and warming with a lingering sweetness.
