Nose
Rich aromas of dried fruits like apricots and figs, complemented by notes of caramel, vanilla, and a hint of honeycomb. Subtle spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon add depth, alongside a touch of roasted almonds. Sweet aromas of vanilla essence, decadent dark chocolate and spiced oak.
Palate
Full-bodied and silky, with a beautiful balance of sweet and spicy tones. Flavors of toffee, dark chocolate, and candied orange are enriched by a gentle spiciness of gingerbread and oak. Layers of fruit, including peach and raisin, provide an extra dimension. Velvety and opulent mouthfeel with juicy red berries, warming cinnamon spice and candied orange peel.
Finish
Long and elegant, with lingering notes of honey, soft spices, and a touch of roasted nuts. The finish is harmonious and lingers warmly, offering a subtle and lasting warmth. Elegant and long on the finish with hints of zesty orange and freshly baked fruitcake soaked in sherry.
