Palate
warm herbal spice notes such as cardamom and grains of paradise, tupelo honey with a nice edge of wood tannins, custard cream and jammy dodgers, orchard fruit and honey.
Finish
dark chocolate, cocoa nibs, sea-salt air, and light toffee. Elegant and warming, great length and a velvety viscosity.
