Description

Tullamore D.E.W. XO Caribbean Rum Cask Finish is a triple blend Irish whiskey, consisting of pot still, malt, and grain whiskeys. It is initially matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks before being finished in first-fill XO Demerara rum casks from Guyana. This process imparts distinctive tropical fruit and warm spice flavors, with notes of caramel, banana, dates, and raisins. The whiskey pays tribute to the role of Irish immigrants in the development of rum in the Caribbean.
