Nose
The nose is rather light and supple. There is a profusion of fruit; mango, pear and apple, notes of apple peels a touch of tarry rope. A caramel washes over matters somewhat.
Palate
The palate is slightly fuller, yet still soft. There are notes of barley sugar and toasty cereals, notes of toffee and dried herbs, crème anglaise and a touch of cut grass.
Finish
The finish is of good length with notes of oaked vanilla spice.
