Two Stacks Irish Whiskey The Blender's Cut - Cask Strength is an independently blended and bottled Irish whiskey. It is a complex five-part blend of grain, malt, and pot still whiskeys, sourced from The Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk, Co Louth, Ireland. The blend consists of 40% dark grain whiskey aged in virgin American oak casks, 40% light grain whiskey aged in ex-bourbon barrels, 10% double-distilled malt whiskey aged in bourbon casks, 8% pot still whiskey aged in Oloroso sherry butts, and 2% peated malt whiskey aged in bourbon casks. Bottled at cask strength, it is typically non-chill filtered and has no age statement. Two Stacks was founded in 2020 and prides itself on transparency and reviving the tradition of Irish whiskey bonding and blending.
