Description

A Tennessee whiskey distillery built in 1958 by Schenley Industries. It is today part of the American whiskey holdings of Diageo and is the production home of the George Dickel brand. It is also serves as a bottling plant for labels such as Orphan Barrel. Uncle Nearest Single Barrel Premium Whiskey is a high-proof Tennessee whiskey, mellowed through sugar-maple charcoal per the Lincoln County Process, and aged in new charred American oak barrels. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at cask strength.
