Palate
a slice of peach mango float made with graham crackers and smooth vanilla whipped cream next to a glass of root beer containing sarsaparilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and anise. Following reduction, hot cross buns, toasted cinnamon sticks, Indian pistachio barfi and French croquembouche.
