Description
This is a single malt whisky from an undisclosed Scottish distillery, bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co Ltd. as part of The Cooper's Choice series. Distilled in 2010 and aged for 14 years, it was finished in an Amontillado Sherry Cask (cask #1201) after initial maturation in American Oak. This single cask release yielded 360 bottles and is presented in a limited edition box. It is bottled at natural cask strength of 55.5% ABV and is non-chill filtered. The Cooper's Choice range of single cask whiskies from Scotland's finest distilleries is an homage to the craftsmen and their important role in the Scotch Whisky industry.
