- Chalky minerals interwoven with lemon pith, lime and candle wax. Also slivers of Greek yoghurt mixed with pieces of banana. Then some stewed apples and light floral notes.
- Palate
- Let's call it a waxy mouthfeel considering its provenance, but I wouldn't be mad at anyone for labeling it creamy. Arrives on white pepper, then jammy fruits, tinned peaches and macadamia nuts. Not super complex maybe, but firing on all cylinders.
- Finish
- Medium length. Gentles notes of wet pebbles, apricots and quinces. Just a pinch of salt also.
