Description
With 70 years of family expertise in fruit eaux-de-vie, Sébastien and Céline CASTAN embarked on whisky production in 2010. Their project focuses on creating a whisky rooted in its terroir, using barley from their own distillery and local wine barrels. The distillery, the first in Occitanie, carries out all stages of production on-site, from growing barley to bottling. This particular release is part of the 'Version Française' range, an independent bottling series dedicated to exceptional French spirits.
