Description

From a 180 year old distillery deep in the northern Scottish Highlands, this complex malt is made with the finest barley and pure back spring water, then left to mature in the finest American oak bourbon casks for a minimum of 16 years. This is a limited edition bottling exclusively for Waitrose. The tall, large copper stills allow for a full flavoured malt, and maturation in hogheads add vanilla overtones and a gentle fruitiness to this full-bodied Highland Whisky.
